Good reception on our arrival after 10 pm. We were able to dine in the restaurant itself although they were about to close the kitchen. room was very spacious (we saw some more and ours was the biggest of all). Besides, they gave it to us on the upper floor as we had requested. comfortable bed, quite big terrace and views were good. food in the restaurant and breakfast are quite good. wifi was also working well. pool area is a bit small, around 1pm we were practically alone so we could be there for a while. They offer pool towels. Perfect parking. We could make a late check-out without additional cost. Excellent price/quality ratio for the end of August. In general the hotel is very good, clean and looks quite new. I'm sure it's one of the best in Lorca.
Some details like the bannister curtain. The bedroom closet looks a little old-fashioned anyway. Few plugs in the room. The hairdryer is also old-fashioned. One of the waiters at the bar/restaurant was not very friendly. Minor details that are not of great importance although they could be improved.

It is 5 minutes from the train and bus stations (one is next to the other), so it is very useful if you travel in these media, as was our case. It is located in a residential area full of large villas and with the streets lined with trees, so it is very pleasant to take a walk there. Regarding the hotel in particular, the reception staff is charming, very friendly and solving any small setback we might encounter . The room seemed a bit small compared to other 4 star hotels, but it was fine. Clean, great bed, and overall very good. The views were to the back of the hotel, that is, towards the centre of Lorca, with what we could see of the city and, in the background, the imposing castle. The maximum exterior tranquility: no traffic or other noises that could disturb sleep. A place to repeat.

Traveling for leisure, I stayed at Spa Jardines De Lorca for a few days. The hotel's convenient location near the center and Alameda, along with ample parking and a refreshing pool, made it a great choice. The comfortable room and bed provided a pleasant stay, and the friendly staff even upgraded our room without charge. Additionally, the hotel offered a tasty and affordable breakfast, and it was within easy walking distance of Lorca Centro. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast variety is hot with bacon and fruits, as for instance, good service. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable.

Modern hotel located in a residential area, about 1. 5 km away. Attention received at the pleasant reception, one of the two waiters in the dining room very nice, as well as the young waitress in the morning and cleaning girls also very nice. clean and comfortable room, with good mattress and viscolastic pillow, with everything necessary like several mirrors and one for make-up, wide shower with shelf and good pressure, silent mini fridge, varied amenities, hair dryer, candies and courtesy water bottles. complete and rich breakfast buffet. Restaurant with good menu options, bar offering sandwiches and toasts at reasonable prices. Closed parking lot with surveillance, another outside parking lot. Right quality-price ratio.
Fine window: quite a lot of traffic noise from the side avenue. It seems that there are only single beds joined together and not very stable because of their wheels. We were not informed about the extra services of the hotel, such as the spa. Poor quality toilet paper. A waiter who was too serious and uninformed about the menu did not advise us well. Some dishes on the menu, such as fish in salt, were not successful. The breakfast lady with little people skills. The machine juice and coffee from upgradable capsules, do not tell the customer that you can ask for natural juice and good coffee from the bar, which can bring us the waiter. It's not the hotel's fault: screams of guests who come back too late with children.

The hotel staff was so nice. The hotel was wonderful. The rooms modern, big and great. The breakfast was good. A nice place to stay.
The spa was closed from 28th of Feb until 14th of March! It was a pity, because we chos this hotel for the spa possibiliteies! We came the 28th og Feb and saw a message in the reception that the spa was closed. Why didn´t anybody told us in forehand? This is a reclamation! We will write to the hotel responsible of this.

We had an excellent time at Spa Jardines De. the venue was perfect with a comfortable room and a bonus balcony. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, close to the town centre of Lorca. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even got a room upgrade. Exploring the casco antiguo and el castillo was a highlight of our visit to Lorca. we both loved our experience here!
Nothing, it's perfect! 💯✨.

Location, location, location
Unfortunately our electronic key failed to work and the woman on reception at the time was initially quite unhelpful, she made uncomplimentary remarks about the English, and suggested we should sleep in a different room (all our possessions were in the room). Eventually she realised that indeed there was a problem and called an engineer to repair the door. We suggested complimentary drinks at the bar and she agreed. The hotel duty manager did apologise, and apart from this one woman, the rest of the hotel personnel was fantastic and we would certainly return.

Nothing really the room was ok and the breakfast was quite tasty
The hotel is like a building site it has not even got a Sign for it's name . Most of the outside near the reception is unfinished and the view from our window resembled a building site. The reception staf were not very helpful and you are a long way from the center of the town!
